Chili’s asked L+P to build on development work completed (not by us), and explore the brand’s potential beyond their current refresh program. Critical to this initiative was developing new design components and strengthening the existing equities needed to create distinction for the brand, give it a stronger presence and optimize program effectiveness. Our design team focused on brand signals that strengthened Chili’s unique brand personality and built on the consistency of great food, service and experience. The results strengthen Chili’s position and advances the concept in an extremely competitive sector.
